Clear and reliable information is essential, especially in times of change. We understand that recent online discussions and differing information may raise questions among our customers and partners. For this reason, we would like to provide clarity regarding the ARRI CSS product portfolio and clearly outline FoMa Systems’ continued commitment to our valued customers.
1. Ongoing Service, Support & Customer Commitment
FoMa Systems remains your primary point of contact for ARRI Trinity, ARRI 360 EVO, ARRI SRH-360, ARRI SRH-3, as well as Maxima. Regardless of any decisions made by ARRI, FoMa Systems will continue to provide its proven, reliable service and support without any restrictions. At no time have there been, nor are there, any planned limitations in this regard. Your current and future projects will continue to receive the same level of expertise, dedication, and hands-on support that you have always relied on from us.
With our Product Manager Alex Voigt, FoMa Systems is supported by a highly respected Trinity and remote head specialist who is greatly valued by our customers and brings more than 15 years of industry experience. As before, he will continue to take care of all customer-related matters with full focus and commitment.
For the US market, we are pleased to have Tyler Rocheleau as part of our team. He brings many years of hands-on experience with ARRI Trinity systems as well as stabilized remote heads. As a result, the FoMa team is always available for all inquiries, service cases, and technical support, providing efficient and reliable assistance in German, English, and Arabic, from both Germany and the United States. In the coming months, we will further expand our service infrastructure in the US market, particularly in Los Angeles, while simultaneously strengthening our global service and support capabilities worldwide.

2. Independent Product Development & Future Roadmap
FoMa Systems operates with a clear, independent vision for the future of Trinity and stabilized remote head solutions. Our commitment to these technologies is long-term and unaffected by external or third-party decisions like ARRI.
We are currently finalizing a Trinity 2 software package that will be released soon. This update will go well beyond routine improvements and will introduce fundamentally new features. Hardware development of the Trinity system is also ongoing, and additional Trinity accessories will be introduced in the near future.
In the field of stabilized remote heads, we successfully launched the FoMa Antares product line in June of last year. This marks the first product line developed and distributed directly by FoMa Systems and represents an important milestone in our independent product strategy.
3. Partnership with ARRI
Beyond contractual frameworks, FoMa Systems and ARRI continue to share a relationship built on mutual respect and long-standing collaboration. We are sincerely grateful to ARRI for many years of trust, support, and close cooperation, particularly during challenging times. This spirit of partnership remains unchanged going forward.
4. Building the Future Together
Above all, we would like to thank our customers. Your trust, feedback, and creative ideas have played a decisive role in shaping our products and establishing them in the market. We are proud of what we have achieved together so far and are highly motivated to continue developing innovative, reliable, and forward-looking solutions with you in the future.
