We’re excited to announce that Tyler Rocheleau has joined FoMaSystems as our Sales Manager, spearheading our expansion into North and South America. Tyler’s unique combination of technical depth, production experience, and industry trust makes him an invaluable addition to our team and a powerful resource for our clients.

Based in Los Angeles, Tyler will serve as the primary contact for American markets, offering sales support, technical consulting, and operator training for our flagship stabilization product, the FoMa Antares. His role also extends to supporting global clients, contributing to research and development, and participating technical operations at trade shows and events worldwide.

Tyler’s Background

Tyler’s career has always been about bridging creative ambition with technical precision. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Visual Journalism and is a Certified ARRI TRINITY & Remote Head Trainer, credentials that highlight both his theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

For seven years at ARRI, Tyler served as a custodian of the Camera Stabilizer Systems (CSS) Product devision as Sales Representative and Product Specialist, playing a pivotal role in the launches, sales, and adoption of the TRINITY 2 and ARRI 360 EVO. He didn’t just sell systems—he fostered a thriving community, created structured training programs, and cultivated a sustained product line with a reputation for reliability and innovation.

Beyond ARRI, Tyler’s hands-on work in production and technical development has spanned high-end broadcast, feature film, indie cinema, and specialty projects. He’s collaborated with leading production teams, cinematographers, rental houses, and technical integrators to deliver precision camera stabilizer systems that perform under demanding conditions.

His practical expertise includes operating and being a technician for complex stabilized head builds, working to develop cinematic tracking systems, and stabilized 3D camera platforms on the AGITO, Spidercam, ARRI TRINITY 2, ARRI EVO, and FoMa Antares systems. This deep field experience allows him to see beyond product specs and address the realities of on-set workflows, environmental challenges, and creative problem solving to push products to their maximum for results that are needed.

What Tyler Brings to FoMa

At FoMaSystems, sales is more than transactions—it’s technical partnership. Tyler’s value lies in his ability to function as a consultant who understands the language and priorities of cinematographers, directors, camera operators, and system engineers.

His expertise allows him to:
– Recommend optimal system configurations for specific production needs
– Integrate AR/VR and real-time graphics workflows for live and post-production environments
– Adapt systems for multi-camera or unconventional payloads
– Provide hands-on training that maximizes uptime and performance in the field

Because many American operators already know Tyler from his years supporting FoMa-based products through ARRI, his presence offers continuity and familiarity. That trust shortens the learning curve for new clients and makes adoption smoother for rental houses and production companies alike.

The Role of Sales at FoMa: More Than Just Selling

FoMa’s Sales operates differently from traditional industry sales teams—they work as integrated technical resources. This is especially important for complex camera motion systems like FoMa Antares, EVO, the platforms they are on, or custom-engineered solutions.

Technical insight is essential to:
– Deploy systems under challenging conditions
– Integrate gear into existing on-set data and motion control pipelines
– Adapt configurations to match evolving creative demands

Tyler brings exactly that insight. His production-first mindset ensures that sales conversations are grounded in practical, real-world application—not just product features and perfect conditions. This approach aligns with FoMa’s mission: to transform creative visions into reliable, repeatable reality.

Why This Matters for Our Clients

For production teams, rental houses, and DPs who rely on FoMaSystems products for precision, adaptability, and service, Tyler’s arrival deepens our ability to deliver fast, informed, and collaborative support in the Americas.

With productions increasingly demanding:
AR-integrated workflows for live sports, concerts, and virtual production
Data-driven camera movement for VFX and motion tracking
Custom solutions for non-standard rigs or payloads

… having a dedicated, certified expert on the ground means fewer delays, better integration, and more confident operations. Tyler’s ability to move fluidly between sales, R&D, operator training, and on-site deployment ensures clients get solutions that aren’t just purchased—they’re optimized and supported for the life of the project.
